LUCIANO PAVAROTTI

G-D Bless You Luciano Pavarotti.
Your Voice allowed the Angels to come out and fill the Hearts to all of those who heard you sing.
They (Angels) then carried us to a place where no pain, no illness, no hurt, and no sadness was to be found.

Mr. Pavarotti is the second legendary opera singer to leave us in a matter of months, the other one being NYC-native Beverly Sills who died in July. I wonder who will emerge to take their places?

Barry check out Emma Shappelin's singing of Carmen Meo. i think you'd like it. Her CD with Carmen Meo and radio and movie songs is really good. Her singing in English is not so good. OK, she is not Pavarotti, but you might like her.

Scott, Mr. Pavarotti cannot be replaced.
People with his gift are very few and I believe "selected" to their tasks by G-D. He follows the footsteps of those that preceeded him such as the great Caruso and Mario Lanza.
Chrissie, I will check out Emma Shappelin eventhough I have been listening to Pavarotti all day. Thanks for the tip.

Chrissie...........
Sarah Brightman has a much better voice than Emma Shapplin. It has more resonance, stronger and able to reach various depths within her Spirit.

Here I go to check out Sarah Brightman!

YES, Sarah Brightman has a fabulous, deeply resonant voice! For some reason the songs sung by Emma Shapplin make me fly, although her voice is not as strong.....

Just me stopping by again - I had to tell you that I bought a Sarah Brightman CD today. Also a collection of Maria Callas. When we drive to Sweden it is so BORING if we have nothing to listen to. It takes us 18-20 hours. We always drive b/c we take Skye. Germany is the worst part of the driving, particularly around Hamburg and Dortmund, the traffic being so dam heavy. France's roads are MUCH better. Belgian roads are good too actually! Anyhow thanks for the tip on Sarah Brightman!

Hi Chrissie.........Music always makes the journey anywhere more pleasant and it seems quicker as well.
Since I feel that you have good taste in music and I am not sure if this cut is on the CD you recently purchased, give a listen to the "Beauty" of the rendition of Sarah Brightman singing "Nella Fantasia." My gift to you Chrissie.
